Maidenhead Directory’s Winning Logo!

Over 350 people cast their vote for their favourite of 3 logos put forward… over 70% voted for option 3, Sian added a bit more blue and the result can be seen above 😉

Thank you Sian Martin of MDM Creative who wins a page in the directory and on the website, YAY! We’ll get together soon and create a blog sharing how she went about creating the Maidenhead Directory logo.

Next job… we need Maidenhead to shout to all the community groups and charities that their is an opportunity, entries close mid October, to be in our hard copy directory which will be distributed to:

  • community groups and charities
  • doctors surgeries and social prescribers
  • libraries and other public places

Originally we created the Windsor Directory of Community Groups and Charities to help those interested in volunteering to find out what was out there.

The reality is, while useful for volunteers, it is a great tool for those whose lives have changed overnight. If your partner dies or suffers a life changing health issue that changes the way you need to care for them then, after dealing with the emotional side of things, practically where do you turn? The directory can help…

See what we did for Windsor, note the online version to compliment the hard copy.

We are hosting our next Community Champion Forum / Gathering on 18th September at Pug Yard in Windsor Castle. Come and meet other Community Champions…

Thank you.
